I sent an email when it was delivered. The one flower in front was squished, the rest were fine but for the cost it was disappointing. ---- Florist's Response: hi Sonya, I am so sorry for the issue with your flowers, It is a problem this time of year when we have to wrap flowers for transport because of the weather. As for the arrangement not being up to value, please please contact me and I will by all means have you send me a pic and will be happy to replace it for you. Tami, Owner
